預點流程

  1. 截止時間

    僅限取餐日前一日 23:59 前完成下單與付款
    例：預定 8/8 的品項，請於 8/7 23:59 前完成

  2. 選擇品項

  3. 下單設定

      請獨立下單；結帳時填寫聯絡資料與收件地址（可隨填）

      出貨方式請選擇「本店自取」

  4. 供應與退款

      若某品項暫無供應，該品項將取消；其他品項照常供應，退款退回線上信用卡

      若訂單含優惠／回饋（如「飲料加購折 20 元」），將取消整張訂單

點心加熱

    可加熱：肉桂捲、焙茶捲、伯爵茶捲、起司捲、香蒜捲、原味可頌（下單時請勾選「加熱」）。

保存方式

    可麗露：僅限冷凍保存，可即食。

Pre-Order Flow

  1. Deadline

    Complete and pay by 11:59 PM the day before your pickup

      Example: For Aug. 8 pickup, finish by 23:59 on Aug. 7.

  2. Choose Items

  3. Order Setup

      Place as a separate order and fill in your contact info and a shipping address (any text is fine)

      Select “In-Store Pick-up” at checkout

  4. Supply & Refund

      If an item is unavailable, it will be removed; other items remain. Refunds go back to your online credit card.

      If the order includes promotions/rewards (e.g., NT$20 drink add-on), the entire order will be canceled to protect your interests

Heating

    Available: Cinnamon Roll, Hojicha Roll, Earl Grey Roll, Cheese Roll, Garlic Roll, Plain Croissant. Select “Heat” when ordering.

Storage

    Canelé is stored frozen and can be eaten immediately
