僅限取餐日前一日 23:59 前完成下單與付款。
- 例：預定 8/8 的品項，請於 8/7 23:59 前完成。
- 預點請獨立下單；結帳時填寫聯絡資料與收件地址（可隨填），並選擇「本店自取」。
- 目前提供「飲料」與「點心」：

供應與退款說明：
- 若某品項暫無供應，該品項將取消；其他品項照常供應，退款退回線上信用卡。
- 若訂單含優惠／回饋（如「飲料加購折 20 元」），將取消整張訂單。
- 預點於訂購前一日23:59取消，可自行於訂單介面取消訂單，系統會自動跑取消訂單與退款流程。倘若有任何疑慮，歡迎透過「淺川 | 官方LINE」並提供訂單編號協助
- 當天預點如無法在指定時間領取或於打烊前未領取，該訂單視同取消且不予退費。

Pre-Order Policy
How to Pre-Order

Pre-orders must be completed and paid for by 11:59 PM the day before your scheduled pickup.
- For example: to pre-order items for Aug. 8th, please complete the order by 23:59 on Aug. 7th.
- Please place pre-orders as a separate order. During checkout, fill in your contact information and a shipping address (any text is fine), and select “In-Store Pick-up.”

Supply & Refund Policy:
- If an item is temporarily unavailable, it will be removed from your order while other items will be supplied as normal. Refunds will be credited back to your online credit card.
- If your order includes promotional discounts or rewards (e.g., “NT$20 off drinks add-on”), the entire order will be canceled to protect your interests.

Pastry Heating & Storage
- Available for heating: Cinnamon Roll, Hojicha Roll, Earl Grey Roll, Cheese Roll, Garlic Roll, and Plain Croissant. Please select “Heat” when placing your order.
- Canelé is stored frozen and can be eaten immediately.
